Terms & Conditions
The agreement governing our services and this website.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or engaging Ulricquero Co. for piano repair, tuning, regulation or restoration services, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Estimates and Pricing
All estimates are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time of inspection. Because concealed conditions inside a piano cannot always be identified before disassembly, additional work may occasionally be required. We will always obtain your approval before performing work beyond an approved estimate.
Scheduling and Cancellation
Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled at no charge with at least twenty-four hours' notice. Missed appointments without notice may be subject to a trip charge.
Payment
Payment for in-home service is due upon completion unless other arrangements have been made in writing. Restoration and rebuilding projects are billed in scheduled stages tied to project milestones.
Workmanship
We stand behind our labor. If an adjustment we performed fails within a reasonable period under normal use and stable environmental conditions, we will correct it. Tuning stability is directly affected by humidity and temperature, which are outside our control; tunings are therefore not warranted against environmental change.
Parts and Materials
Parts are covered by their manufacturer's warranty where one exists. Original components conserved during restoration carry no warranty due to their age.
Instrument Condition
Older instruments may contain brittle, deteriorated or previously repaired components that can fail during otherwise routine service. We exercise professional care but cannot assume liability for age-related failure of original material.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claim arising from services provided is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Website Content
All text, images and graphics on this website are the property of Ulricquero Co. Educational content is provided for general information and does not replace an in-person evaluation by a qualified technician.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, with venue in Maricopa County.
